They went way beyond average. They worked with me and helped me find the perfect mask and worked with my doctor to dial in my pressures!! Sheila Guiter is the best!!!

I would not be recommending NuCara for in home equipment. We got a bed for my dad who was on hospice. Not only did they move super slow in bringing it to the home. They also were very rude to my mother. Then the bed cord burnt a hole where it laid in the carpet. When my dad passed away we contacted them to come get the bed he passed on a Friday they took there time in coming to get it and didn't show up till Tuesday and that came with an attitude. NOBODY wants to have to look at an empty bed when someone you love passes. BE NICER to your customers because someday that maybe someone you love needing care provided to them from someone you were rude to. These people depend on this place for help and what they don't need is horrible service. BE BETTER DO BETTER AND BE NICER!!!
