I think the agency itself is not to bad. It is the agents that need work. Trying to sell a house with my ex-wife and I am kept in the dark about everything. Thought we were closing because I wasn't given any reason to think otherwise so when the paperwork showed up I just signed it. I know I still should have read it but like I said I had no reason to believe anything else. Come to find out after the fact it was an offer for half of what we were asking for originally. I have always had to be the one to text and ask what was going on. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There are even more reasons why I wouldn't recommend this agency just for the fear that someone would get the same agent and hope she doesn't know the person she is trying to sell your house to. Which I would believe would be a conflict of interest but she never recused herself from the deal. Would give 0 stars but Google won't allow that.

Of coarse I'm going to give ourselves a 5 star. We take pride in working hard for our customers/clients. We listen, organize, understand and make things happen. No one in this profession is perfect, not all homes can sell and not all rentals are perfect but we work aimlessly to do our best. We work on commission only, try that for your only source of income. We wouldn't be in this profession if we didn't enjoy it or enjoy our customers/clients. Happy selling and Happy buying!
