Fireplaces Direct (or Spotix) has been nothing but helpful through a few unfortunate hiccups I had with my order. I received what's believed to be a faulty burner/valve, which was certainly an inconvenience, but the customer service team (Dejon specifically) was extremely patient and helpful and replaced it no problem. The new one seems to be working great and I'm very happy with it.
