Took my vehicle in to have them take a look at a speed sensor issue. Took them almost 3 days to even look at it until I called multiple times to check on my vehicle. After about almost 2 weeks and saying it was finally fixed, I paid and drove off only to have the same issue 2 blocks after driving off. I went back to tell them and they were going to be “closed” the following week all week for vacation. Seriously don’t waste your time and money. Extremely unreliable. Services: Steering/Suspension, Electrical repair

A couple weeks ago I got into an accident with my car, and with the holidays being so close I couldn't pay the total bill all at once. He was wonderful enough to allow me to make this payment in increments. I just got my car back and I couldn't be more grateful for his help, and his tow service in North Liberty!

Great small business. I was passing through and ran over something on the hwy. Stopped at a different shop first (one Google picked) wasn't tried well at all. So found this shop drove over they got me in quickly there was a big nail in sidewall not repairable.... my car doesn't have a spare. They didn't have a used tire that was rite. Had new tires a set of 4. My car is awd so have to change all 4 tires at same time. There tires where very high quality tires more money then i really had to spend that day. So he let me call around i found a set of tires close by. I have a old type rope repair kit in my car, he let me plug the tire to drive over and buy the set i found. Same shop i went to first they still had no time for me. So i pick up the tires came back to North liberty auto. They mounted the new tires and got me out of there in less then a hour. He even told me he was sorry about how the other shop acted. I would highly recommend given North Liberty Automotive a call if you need anything and your in the area. Plus its a great time to help out small family owned businesses... Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

Terry the owner was wonderful to work with. He was willing to help in anyway he could to help us get our car fixed and back on the road. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who's in a bind and needing there car worked on.
