Well they messed up my tax return. Irs sent it back. Instead of contacting us they sat on it for 3 weeks, and only did something something about it after I contacted them. Also had them look at past taxes in which we got back an additional 100.00, but they took copies of our drivers license and still put down the wrong address so we will never see that check.
