Food is nasty and cold,the kitchen doesn't pay attention to the allergies list of foods ,or drinks, medicine is never on time, some staff are helpful where most isn't, been in 3 different rooms. 2 by self and 1 with roommate. In room byself and NO one checks on you. You don't see anyone until meals or meds. Will be glad when I can get place to go home to.

They do not care about the residents. Leave them lying in feces in urine. Do not treat bedsores. Stay away from this dump.

Check out lawsuit against this facility for mistreating neglecting the ones in their care. Should be ashamed of themselves and I am so disgusted by the bad people that work there. Please do not send your loved ones to this disgusting facility. The lawsuit shows they do not do right by their people.

This nursing home is an absolute JOKE! Staff always sitting around not taking care of residents, they dont stay on top of medications and sign off on meds before theyre actually passed. I had to remind them multiple times during the 2 times I was there to give my grandma her medicine, change her, and assist her like theyre supposed to. I also witnessed staff not washing their hands and not wearing gloves at appropriate times. Staff dont wear name tags with the assumption that you cant turn them into the state without a name. When people pass away they all line up in the hallway like its a parade to watch everyone leaving, how disrespectful and beyond rude. Btw I overheard your staff telling someone taking a tour who brought up one of your MULTIPLE lawsuits, you stated youve made significant improvements since then and things have changed. Nope not factual at all, felt terrible for the lady you guys lied to and I hope she took her loved one elsewhere. Also your virtual tour video states private rooms but some residents are actually sharing while you have open rooms. Oh and I heard those poor residents (at least 2) screaming for help multiple times and being ignored. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
