I do NOT recommend using this place even with insurance I just found out theyve been billing my insurance monthly for a brand new nebulizer and I lost my insurance and then they started billing me for a new machine monthly. The machine retails for $25 online and they are billing monthly for $42.80.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! They are rude and dont know how to give correct information! My son who is 3 months old needs oxygen and an oximeter to monitor his blood oxygen and heart rate! Which mean foot cuffs for the monitor. We were told BY NUCARA before we left the nicu that we were allowed as many as needed and were supposed to get 6 at a time. And when we asked for more today (sep 8th 2022) we were denied and said were only allowed 4 a month. The things are only good for a few days as we were told! So 4 a month is just not gonna work! If you can avoid this place DO IT! My son deserves better just like everyone else

August of 2021 purchased a walker. They said Medicare and my supplement insurance would pay for it. Been calling since January of 2022 . They keep giving me the run around. Today they said it was sent in January 2022. WRONG. never received payment from either one. Wondering where the money went. Or should I say who got the money!
