Extremely rude and unprofessional. Treating clients as though they are criminals discussing patience in public which is a complete HIPAA violation. Somebody needs to get involved with the grotesque negligence of the staff at this facility for drug testing. They need to be taught about HIPAA and they need to be taught how to treat clients.

Varies how fast your seen.Sometimes your in and out or your waiting forever.Its improved greatly from how it used to me to now.Theres several new doctors now that are very attentive and responsive to your needs and concerns.So that's Huge.They treat you with respect and address your Health concerns accordingly.

Came in without it being crowded. Were the only people in the waiting room for 2 plus hours and nobody helped us. This place was an absolute joke and so is everyone in it.

I had came here twice for a pee test, and they still won't let me do it. I tried to call and schedule an appointment, but nobody answered the phone. I now I have to here a 3rd time. If they send me away again, I'm going to lose my mind. I just need to pee in a cup!! Why is this so complicated!!!! I do this in the navy all of the time, it dosent take that long!!!!!!!
