I used to work for this guy and one day I have family problem and take a couple days off thank you side to fire me I used to run for him to thank you decide to keep me out of the house and my family he even paid me my last check or my deposit even when I left the house it was clean better then when I move in I will recommend two-toned ruined from these guys never find any little detail to kick you out don't trust them

Stay away from H & L. Do not let them be your landlords or property managers. Very unprofessional and unresponive. Use cheap products and paint. Our automatic door lock malfunctioned on a Monday and I called H&L to let them know our door didn't lock, they said they would be out to fix it, ok, waited till Friday 3pm till someone showed up and put a new lock on. Four and a half days where we couldn't lock our door. In the process of taking the automatic lock off and putting the new one on they chipped the cheap paint around the door lock. Then charged us for the chipped paint around the door lock when we moved out. One example of many with these crooks. These are bad people doing bad business. Stay away.
