I moved Into a home that has been in my family for generations and over the past four years have watched some of the beautiful trees that filled the large side yard begin to look sickly. I had tried myself many different things I'd seen online and in books but they all still seemed to be dying around me. Finally I knew I had to call someone who could come out and help me get them back on track. That's when I called Arbor Master. Within 2 days of my initial email, Jesse from ArborMaster was at my house going from tree to tree with me discussing the issues of each tree, how they came about, and what I could do to help correct it. He was so knowledgeable and I learned more in that hour about the trees In my yard than I had in the last 4 years scrolling the internet and thumbing thru how-to books! I feel so much better now about the future of the trees in my yard and with the information and advice hes given me am now confident in my ability to bring these trees back to the way I remember them as a child coming to great grammas house! My wife and I recently purchased an old acreage that is about half grove. I dont know the first thing about trees other than they make wood. The age and condition of ours was across the board. Some were almost 100 years old, some were dead, and some were just starting out. We wanted to know what needed to be done in the short, medium, and long-term to ensure the health of our grove for generations.
Jesse took the time to come out and walk the property with me and help identify the species, health, and needs of our trees. He was able to confirm that we didnt have any ash (!), that the elder generation was silver maple, and that the new generation was going to be walnut. He arrived on time, didnt rush us, gave us great information, didnt push or try to sell us unnecessary work, and was very pleasant to talk to. While he did find some trees that needed to be removed it was only 5 that were clearly dead. He was great about respecting our goal of maintaining health and letting nature do the work instead of drawing plans. My favorite part was when he geeked out over the old stumps and how gnarly and unique they were.

We had 6 ash trees treated for ash borer. 2 purple ash have been saved and we are amazed at the thousands of dead ash borer on our driveway from 4 ash trees. We have high hopes of saving all 6 trees!! These guys know their business!!

Jesse Fox, Sales and Service Manager, transplanted a magnolia tree from my old house to my new house. The tree had sentimental value and its thriving nicely! He and his team also have been saving my ash tree from the Emerald Ash Borer. I would recommend him to anyone! Service: Tree transplanting
