        I had planned ahead and booked the private room for my dad's 80th birthday. I even made sure to confirm the booking. We arrive the day of and they have another group in there. We had people come in town from out of town for this. They had nowhere to put us so we were stuffed in with everyone else, not enough room, so loud, nowhere to put all of our party stuff, can't play our slideshows. It was quite the let-down and still makes me sad to have not provided a good memory for my dad that day. We were having full meals and everything.
