Let first start this with I don’t normally write reviews because I believe good service should be the standard of any business, however in this case I will make an exception because the service was just THAT good. Literally from start to finish between Jerry and Kelsey it was an all around simple, easy to understand and the MOST importantly a MONEY SAVING step in seriously contemplating purchasing a home. I will happily pay for another home inspection in the future. He does such a wonderful thorough job inspecting the home and his sidekick Kelsey does such a good job making sure you understand the report and also answers any questions you have about it all. They ended up saving us from a house that would cost us more then it was worth. If you’re second guessing getting the inspection take this as a sign to DO IT. It’s the best decision you can make to protect your future investment. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Thank you again so much Jerry and Kelsey. You have a forever customer in me.

Jerry completed our recent home inspection. He was very thorough and took pictures of everything so you could see what he was talking about. The report was very easy to read and understand. Jerry responded quickly when I had questions after reading the report and explained everything. Very responsive and detail oriented.

Best money I ever spent- they were very thorough and even willing to do a follow up inspection to make sure the issues were fixed before purchasing my house. They are super flexible, easy to work with and quick to respond. I can’t thank them enough!!!

We are so impressed with Jerry's work. He did a very thorough inspection, and created a very detailed report with pictures and recommendations. We would certainly recommend him and use his services again.
