Not helpful at all I'm a businessman and I tried to talk to him about some things I need to talk to him about but they never had to courtesy of calling me back till next time one of my million-dollar Horse Farm Friends needs a fence I'll send them somewhere else

Go see them for your fence needs!!!! They were awesome!!!!! Worked with our schedule got us in a week earlier and communicated that with us! We are in love! Service: Vinyl fence installation

Neighbor used Tri State. Lovely neighbors , our favorite neighbors. Their small dogs found escape routes through old fence and they decided to replace wood fence with vinyl fence. We share a fence. After completion we were left with the huge holes when the old fence posts were removed. New fence posts are in different area. On their side Tri State shoved loose dirt against the bottom of the fence to camouflage the crater. First rain the dogs will escape again, theirs and ours. Im not terribly impressed with Tri state. Now we have to make adjustments to our used to be joined fence line because of Tri states installation. Btw weve lived here 25 years and always had a shared fence. Now we need two fences. Theirs and ours.

Terrible communication and no follow through. Wasted my time meeting with Steve for an estimate, he took measurements, wrote down my email and said I was going to receive the estimate next day. It didn't happen.
I called and he told me that the owner had sent it. Not true. I gave him the email again but never received it, and now neither Steve the estimator or Brad the owner answer phones and there is literally noone in the shop during business hours. If it's this hard to get an estimate, it would be worse trying to get an install. Hope it's not another business closing it's doors.
