I have lived in the same place for 19 years and have been through several management and the management who's in charge now do not do anything to make this a peaceful and comfortable environment and it's total chaos and the ones who reach out to manager Molly get told they can break their lease and find a new place to live and tells the tenants to call the police on dealing with the disturbance of the peace of the tenants of building 2110 due to criminal actions of other people's children and tells the tenants who are being harassed to figure out where the children live and take it up with the parents because she doesn't want to put herself and her team in a safety risk but expects the tenants to do what she refused to do. I didn't have a phone and needed to call the police because I was not feeling safe for my own well being and she refused to let me use the phone because she was worried it would put the employees in the office in risk of their safety because I was going to use the office phone to contact the police for my safety that had nothing to do with the management team at Sutton Hill apartment and yet told me to report to her about the vehicles that are broke down in the parking lot instead of going to the owners of the cars and let them take care of it and instead of calling crow tow who go through the lots to take care of the issues expect me to call them so they can charge me for the tow bill. There's a serious issue with the sewage pipes and I am getting charged for the problem and I am one person who should not have to pay $30 dollars for sewage when there's families that pay the same as I do. The water is not safe to drink and I will not feed it to my cat because it makes me sick and puke. You can put a glass of water up to the light and it's yellow with live objects floating in the same water we are supposed to drink and wash our dishes and clean our body's with. But we have to pay for the water, garbage, sewage and gas and the bill is split amongst each apartment and it's unfair to a single tenants to pay as much as families. This has been the worst experience of how the management team take care of the job of the people who are supposed to make it a good and safe place to live. I'm forced to live in a environment that is overwhelming and not safe for my well being because I have no means to be able to move in a good environment and it's put me in a spot to where I have given up on everything knowing that I am stuck in this place that used to be my home and has become a prison because I am on disability and don't get any assistance with anything and now forced to pay for the ementites of the reason why I am living in a apartment but paying the same as if I was living in a house. This probably will not be posted for the purpose of the reason why companies are reviewed. To whoever responded to me and said they were the owner and said they were going to take care of the charges for the Internet lied because the associate of the office called me and said they talked to the owner and said they would not be able to get it to where I don't have to pay for the Internet because I don't even have it plugged in and I am a disabled white woman and I get paid on a fixed income and you have taken 56 dollars off my grocery money for something I don't use and the water here has disease and bacteria and it killed my cat and I have been told that I should move every time I have a complaint and I have been discriminated and disrespected and I have been through a lot of stuff being rude and telling me to move. I have to go through this without their help and get legal advice and I will never be able to tell you that you should move to the property and it's not a good idea for anyone
