Most of the drivers had been cabbies for over a decade - very experienced and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the management was haphazard at best and preferred to not seek advice from from their workers. The company closed in Dec 2017.

Worst customer service ever received. I really hope whoever answered the phone this morning between 6:15am and 6:30am was NOT the on boss or on duty manager! I called and had a few question. He was VERY RUDE!!!!! I called back and informed him he should be a little more professional. HE CALLED ME BACK Just to argue with me. Please DO NOT waste your time with this company!!!! If they are like that over the phone I can imagine what they are like in person. Simply DISGUSTING!!!!!!!

I called for a cab and was told that it would pick me up in 10 to15 minutes; it's been 30 minutes since I first called, so I called again to figure out what's going on, and they just keep hanging up on me.
