Rented at the Van Bowery apartments for a year and everything was handled quickly, effectively, and without hassle. The area was clean, safe, and relatively quiet for it being a college town. Would definitely rent from this company again.

Nice location and reasonable pricing, especially for the units close to the dental school/Hawkeye arena/UIHC&medical school. The landlords are the best. I was impressed with how fast they take care of requests for maintenance. Previous landlords took longer for emergencies than Cruise properties takes for simple requests like fixing blinds and changing light bulbs. They’ve set the bar for me when it comes to rental property management.

I've lived in Iowa City for around 7 years now and have dealt with other renting companies such as ANC and Quarters. Cruise stands out above and beyond their competitors. Any maintenance issues I had were dealt with within a day. The manager Kate is understanding and available over the phone to deal with any problems. We recently had a problem where a company they contracted to cut trees started earlier then instructed leading to my parking space being obstructed. They immediately took action to fix this problem that day and Tim came by to apologize and give me some quarters for laundry. If you have had problems with other renting companies in the area, I highly recommend trying Cruise Apartments.

Terry is wonderful and Paul, on maintenance, is so great! I lived in their apartments for two years while I lived in IC and wish I did't switch for the third year! Cruise Properties are definitely the best landlords in Iowa City.
