We moved into a place recently that used this service, and we found a partial beer left by someone who works here who clearly enjoys drinking on the job. There was paint on the floor in numerous places, indicating to me that there was little to no preparation to prevent paint drippage/spillage. When they finally made it back here to finish the job three weeks later, there was a loud conversation, impossible to avoid overhearing about being in jail. Norm's is one of the least professional businesses I've ever had the displeasure of encountering.

Did some work for us last year and I ask for a quote this year.  Three times he scheduled to show and did not.  Would take more profitable jobs and keep delaying our project.  After two months of waiting he told me he had to many emergencies and that our job was too small.  I do not feel a reputable business operates this way. Hope he shows for you.
