Great clean hotel with friendly staff. Bre was amazing and made sure we had a great stay. Breakfast was also great. Definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely love this place! Best place to stay when you are in Indianola!
Rooms: Super clean, everything we needed.
Nearby activities: Alot of things to do around town.
Safety: The hotel is very secure and private. Never any issues.
Walkability: Walking trail right next to the hotel.
Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast and super friendly people.
Noteworthy details: Best hotel in Indianola to stay at!

Just not good. Hot tub was broken, stain on our floor, but the real issues were housekeeping opening our door and just coming in the next morning. Once at 9am and once at 9:30am just to see if we were still there. No knocking or announcing themselves. It terrified my teen daughter when she was in the room alone. And the front desk said yea, they do that sometimes. Secondly, when I was swimming with my kids a staf member came in a rudely said Whos the adult here? Im clearly an adult and were were not being loud or unruly. We ended up leaving two hours early. It was offensive and it was a very unwelcoming environment. I voiced my concerns but no one cared. Im sure they will leave a generic response like so sorry about your issues we will let someone know hope to see you again! But Im telling you, this is not a place I would stay again or recommend.
