I have been a Huxley Communications customer for 20 years and have only had good experiences with both customer services and help with technical services. I had only 1 issue with connection which was the result of an electronic device failure. The response was amazing. From my initial call to resolution and replacement of the bad electronics was about 1.5 hours. I would recommend this company if they are available to you.

Have had service for years with zero issues. Last couple weeks I have had constant drops and interruptions in service. Hard when you work from home, but the people of HuxComm are amazing and Mike got me up and running. Helping me resolve the issue remotely due to illness in the house. Forever staying with local service that is cheaper, more reliable, faster and the BEST service reps.
