Our thanks to Cen-Pe-Co and their local Rep., Dennis Martindale, for coming to our rescue . . . saved us a ton of money not having to replace 6000 square feet of metal roof and greatly improving our Cooperstown Dreams Park rental property . . . Rabbit Run! Columbia Sterling Aluminum Fiber Coating . . . was applied in the late summer of 2014 on our original barn’s metal roof, grain bin and single topped Unadilla Silos (barn built in the 1950's). The roof was rusted and had more pinholes than a sieve. The pictures below were taken in October of 2018, nearly four years to the month from application . . . Our farm is located in Hartwick, NY (Cooperstown area) and can be seen from the mountain top highway over a mile away . . . we get great compliments on how well it looks and has been maintained . . . People stop all the time to take photos . . . artists have painted pictures of same . . . We couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out and has held up . . . our warranty will run for years and years . . .
