        Heaven's Best came to my house to clean my basement carpet. He did get a couple of my big stains out, but I was disappointed that some of my newer dirt stains did not come out. I called him and we agreed on this last Saturday for him to come look at it and possibly try washing it again. He said he would call on Friday. Never got a call or the cleaning. Haven't heard from him since. So disappointed.

        I really didn't think the stains would come out of my light-colored carpet, but it looks like new! Also cleaned a futon mattress, and cost less than $100! Thanks much, Rich!
