    One of the drivers was very rude. I encountered him a couple of times. I believe it is the same driver I got this year. I just did not recognize him well because he did not shave, and his hair was longer than when he showed me his bad attitude the first time. The first time he did was when I took a ride going to CVS Pharmacy to get the prescription for my son. He did not give me back my change and he said he will pick me up when I am ready to go home. But I found out that the prescription of my son wasn't on 5th Street, but it was in Target CVS Pharmacy. When he arrived, I told him to bring me to Target. He was screaming and yelling to me and said, I bring you home! I cannot bring you to Target! I have been driving all day, I am tired! I told him just to bring me to Target and I find my way back home. As he was driving, I told him that it doesn't cost money to be a nice person. Eventually he apologized. He said, I am sorry, but my brother screwed me with millions of dollars. He said the amount, but I just don't remember exactly. I have been driving the whole day, I am very tired he said. We don't operate after 6:00 p.m., he continued. I forgave him and just called different cab the way home. This day I took Union Cab again. I was about to be picked up at 2:15 p.m. He called me around 2:01 p.m. he said he came early, and he was waiting outside. So, I told him that I need to change my clothes, and he said he will wait. So, I went inside the car and paid him. Then as we were traveling going to my appointment my husband called me. So, I began talking to my husband. I tried to be quiet, but he still yelled at me, saying," You cannot talk in the cab! When you are here you cannot make a phone call!" I have a problem on my ears, and I cannot hear the person I am talking with! I am an ex- vet. I have bad ears! he continued. I answered him, I did not know that I cannot talk in the car. My husband called me, and I needed to answer. What if emergency I cannot answer the call? He was yelling the whole time I was talking. This man should not work in any businesses. He should not be working with people. He doesn't know on how to deal properly with people. He has a very bad attitude and a shitty mouth. He has bad customer service. Grumpy old man!

    I have called union cabs several time in the last two weeks once i was hung up on sating they arent giving anymore rides and several times it jut rings and no answer the last 2 weeks during times 10am-3pm
