Very unprofessional and it should be illegal to charge someone a $20 application fee for background check when it's free when you go on Iowa courts just a waste of time very trash hang up the phone of course you got $20 for a piece of paper and a a background check through Iowa courts

Very unprofessional and very rude. If you like being harassed then go here but if you prefer someone who acts like a professional and not a bully I'd say go somewhere else. . I'd give zero stars.if I could.

I am a local support individual who goes to homes and helps with children. I watched three of my clients rent from this outfit. I was in homes sometimes twice a week, I am not a DHS individual, but I am a mandatory reporter however, and These people harass their tenants, conduct themselves as dirt bags in front of children, and will go into homes and disrespect the tenants. They are far too involved and will go to your property criticize you when you're a victim of domestic violence left high and dry trying to do it all after your partner trashed the place and you hired a cleaning crew they'll say it's still not enough. They think that they can tell their tenants how to keep their homes even if mandatory reporters are in and out and are fine with the condition of the home. They are prejudiced and there is absolutely no excuse for their lack of professional conduct and they are the least compassionate people on earth. Do not rent from them do not get a home from them these people shouldn't even have realty licenses. I have watched them do criminal things to other people. They will even talk down to you and assume that you are DHS involved even if you are not DHS involved - they did this to one of my clients. That client has never once been DHS involved and never once provoked the person they were speaking with. That client has more education than every single member of this outfit. They truly think they have a right to act this way they are the most entitled and horrible people in all the fort dodge. If you are stuck with them do not ever permit them onto your property without there being an adult male standing there as a clear consequence of misconduct. Do not ever let it be their word against yours. if they look down on you and they think that they can get one over on you because you don't have the means to press charges etc they will exploit that. Make sure you have everything documented because they are extreme dishonesty personified. That is my opinion after seeing them hurt at least three people and I stood there up close and watched.other local agencies have extremely low opinions of them and have actively discouraged people from going through them. I definitely do. I know the people they harmed I know the households I know that there was no valid reason. Just because you don't like how someone keeps their house doesn't mean it's unacceptable. regardless of what your reason is you cannot conduct yourself like this these are paying customers. If you are a landlord I highly recommend you do not go through them you do not want these people representing your business. They will destroy your reputation. If these people have hurt you call legal aid I wish I could have convinced my clients to.
