I had them come out because my drain was backing up in my basement. They cleaned it out and said it was good to go. Within 2 weeks it was backing up again. They sent someone else out who claimed they did the same thing and that it was good to go. Next thing I know my basement is flooded and the cap is off of the drain so Everytime water went down the system, it was just spilling onto my basement floor. I contacted them to let them know what was going on and it wasn't until 3 days later that I got someone to come and replace the cap as the original that they used was the wrong size. So for 3 days we couldn't do laundry or dishes because it was going all over the basement floor. Also, the drain still backs up so the issue still isn't resolved. Meanwhile I was billed for the 1st visit, which I paid with no issue. But they went ahead and billed me for the 2nd visit where they installed the wrong cap that caused my basement to be completely flooded and made us unable to wash dishes or do laundry for 3 days. I used ball Plumbing because my old landlord used them so when I bought my house in 2018, I called them for any plumbing issues. It seems that this is not the same company that provides excellent service. I will not use them for any future services as I have tried contacting them and even sent an email through their website with no response. It looks like I will have had to spend nearly $500 for an issue that was never fixed.

Had a plumber named Zach come out with Ball Plumbing. He was here with bemrich electric for our kitchen remodel and they have failed to notify me that while Zach was drilling a hole in the floor he went right threw the electrical. I had no clue about this until I just received a additional bill from Bemrich. Also the quality of work he did was not professional and very sloppy. Including breaking a wall box that he installed and just left, hooking up a pex valve backwards so you couldn't even hook up a supply line.
On the other hand, we had Dj out here beforehand to do some other work and he knows his stuff and did a wonderful job. Service: Plumbing pipe repair
