        We had to wait a very long time for the initial work to be done and had to keep following up to find out when it would be done. The gates were defective had had to be taken out and replaced. Since this was not our fault we did not know we would be charged, but we did get charged for labor. We were told it was standard business practice. This is the very first time in 30 years of being a home owner that we were charged for a home repair/improvement mistake to be corrected. We do not recommend that you do business with Shoreside.
