*Gave us the wrong size unit and charged for larger unit (did adjust when error found)
*Unit took in water & we told them. They said it did not leak after inspecting the unit.
*Belongings are mostly ruined and now have to sort through the moldy mess
*Won't answer questions about insurance or their culpability
*Have compensated me about $62
*Asked several times to speak to the owner/manager but have not heard from Nate.
This has caused not only loss of property but lots of stress.

It has been several months since leaving a voice mail checking to see if you rent a unit but, still never have heard anything(wheTher be any open or if they are all rented out?.
