        Got the wrong chain for my chainsaw, even though I had the make and model. Took it back for the right one. No apology. I think the salesman was annoyed. I asked about the gators for my acreage. He said they are under 30 grand. No offer to set me up with a salesman or someone to answer my questions. Will take my money elsewhere. They want the big cash equipment sales.
