We have been reaching out for over a year, calling, stopping in person, email, and I feel my order is getting pushed to the bottom. Someone was going to come measure in June 21, and that didnt happen. Last week Mike told me hed send someone over to take the old sign down, since its falling apart, and that didnt happen either. Outside of us reaching out multiple times over the past 1 year, 4 months, we havent been reached out to once. We havent even received an estimate as promised 4-5 times. We had big praise from other customers for Big River Sign, and the whole process has been unfortunate.
