Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark

Paid $70 for a waterpark day pass. This waterpark is in desperate need for renovation. Management needs to spend some money on a waterpark renovation. Stairs are needed in place of the rope netting on the waterpark play area. Many complaints on the pain in climbing these ropes.

$10 swim day for kids. You would think they would tell you the Slides closed and price would reflect that. Charged all non swimmers $5. Ridiculous. Do not recommend.

The place is showing its age. The 28% "taxes and fee" is ridiculous. Stay somewhere else.

This place was clean but definitely needs some upkeep. Our couch was torn on the arm and the cushions were flattened. Stain on the counter by the microwave, a lot of worn wood on desk and coffee table. When we got in our room the faucet in the tub was dripping and the stopper was closed so the tub had a couple of inches of water standing in the tub. They must have put new keypads on the doors so the safety latch was non existent so no safety in our room. The luggage trolleys were falling apart. Safety: No safety bar on the inside of door.
