Affordable Door Service

When our heavy 18'x8' garage door slammed shut at 5:15pm on a Friday evening (with a car inside), I figured we would be waiting until the following week before we could get the torsion spring replaced. Out of three door service companies, one is closed on the weekends, another is only open until noon (and charge double-time), but Joe's Affordable Door Service was open both Saturday and Sunday until 5pm! We called Joe early Saturday morning and he arrived around 10am. He called beforehand to ensure he had the correct springs (heavy duty) for this repair; we were in luck. Not only did Joe replace the torsion springs, but he serviced other worn parts on the door, and thoroughly lubed the moving parts. By noon, our door was working like new. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and friendly throughout. He even gave us tips for increasing the longevity of the springs and other door parts. A+ service rating! Thanks Joe!

Joe is absolutely fantastic! Had an issue on a Sunday . He gave us things to do until he could come first thing Monday morning (he was out of town that Sunday). He showed up well before the start of his day and got the broken door down and locked so we could use it by hand at least. He ordered our new door and opener and installed it as soon as it came in. He is so efficient and all about customer service. He is one in a million!

The spring on our garage door broke in the morning. I called Affordable Door Service and Joe was at my house at 3 p.m. that afternoon. He explained to me what the issue was and what it would he would be doing to fix it. He got it fixed quickly and made adjustments to both my garage doors (including the one that wasn't broken) so they closed all the way when previously there was a little daylight under both. If I have garage issues again or know of anyone who is having issues, I'll definitely recommend him.
