Anna took the time to get to know my husband and I, our creative ideas, and then created something so wonderful and cohesive for our engagement session and wedding day. She has an eye for photography that is so rare and unique. She also had a great attitude during every stressful wedding planning situation - and never pressured us to capture something unauthentic to us. I was shocked at how beautiful everything turned out. Anna took our engagement and wedding photos in Des Moines, IA in late 2021. We couldnt be happier with the experience. We were familiar with Annas work and she exceeded our high expectations. From the beginning, Anna was responsive and easy to work with. She had some creative ideas for the engagement session planned when we arrived. With my wife being the significantly more photogenic one of us, I had never been in front of a camera before. I felt comfortable the entire time and it was fun to make Annas ideas work. The photos turned out even better than expected. On wedding day, in addition to again being easy to work with and taking excellent photos, Anna was helpful with keeping the wedding party on schedule and organized during our designated photo time. Anna had more creative ideas that we liked on wedding day, and all of those photos turned out excellent. We received our photos within a reasonable amount of time after the wedding. Working with Anna on all our projects is magical and top notch. She is professional and extremely easy-going. Her ears are open to what subjects would like and if you dont have a specific direction, she will step forward and bring each moment alive in her photos. Anna is the best! When I first saw Annas work I just knew we had to have her capture our wedding day. She was the perfect addition to our day- she celebrates right alongside while capturing all the best moments. We may have even planned our wedding date around her availability. :) weve worked with her for family, engagement, our wedding photos and every opportunity weve gotten since. She can do it all!
