Over promised and under delivered. A major storm caused damage to the entire neighborhood and they were the first to talk to us promising amazing service. They wanted to be the first in the neighborhood to show that they take quick action. I had no problem with this and understand how marketing/advertising works. The problem is that here I am 3 months later and the entire neighborhood has completed roofs and ours is still incomplete. This is not because of insurance. It's because of D&M Roofing failing on many levels. We have roof tiles that are popped up, still waiting on trim repairs, they had to install new gutters because they damaged the old ones and we have ice melt wires that have been hanging from our roof for a month now because they have yet to reinstall them. I've spent enough time and won't carry on with the issues and complaints but if I could do it over, I'd never choose this company! Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation
