Do not live at any of these properties. Management office is very disorganized, deceitful and rude. Unless you talk to maintenance personally, nothing will get fixed because the message only sometimes gets passed on. I was told things would be fixed and the apartment would be clean prior to moving in. Nothing was fixed and the place was filthy. Deb said she cleaned it herself but was clearly lying, which happened often when confronted with problems. Had a few experiences where a proper 24 hour notice was not given, if given at all. Left the apartment in a clean and orderly condition, yet it took months to get my deposit back. Called every day for months, knowing my calls were being screened by Deb because she would only answer if I called from my friends phone. She claimed my deposit got lost in the mail....3 separate times.... I finally threatened to call a lawyer to get the deposit back.
