Dr. Jon actually coached at a gym I go to for a while, and his timing was perfect. I'd been away from the gym for some time and managed to overdo it in the first few weeks, leading to an adductor strain that caused me some grief. Jon helped modify the programming (and kept me honest about weight and range of motion) and gave me some exercises to get things back in order. His expertise was incredibly welcome, and I wouldn't hesitate going out to see him at Pro-Kinetix if (when?) I need some PT in the future.

I have been working with John for the past 6 months on my form (squats, deadlift, etc.) to address my low back pain and am showing great progress and adding weight each week! Last week I tweaked my neck and saw John for some physical therapy. He used needles and scrapers to dig out my knots and feel great now! Go see John!

I've had recurring pain and weakness in my shoulder since partially tearing my rotator cuff. I haven't had surgery due to the nature of the tear. I began working with Dr. Jon to help me return to normal activities, and he has helped break down my exact limitations and give me ways to directly strengthen my shoulder. This has allowed me to continue my workouts and improve my overall strength.
