        El Patio is one of the best for Southwest Mexican. Each dish is prepared special, so you get tastie dishes for your palate to enjoy. This is not your usual Mexican restaurant. Brook, the owner knows how to serve up mexican southwest style. Come on in and taste for yourself.

        Very attentive and friendly waitstaff. Complimentary chips and salsa. Salsa had a good flavor but was a little too spicy for me (I have issues w/reflux.) Hubby and I split the special which was a corned beef enchilada. I was quite skeptical, but the taste was amazing as were the black beans and rice. Had a very generous serving of the Mexican chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream. I appreciate a restaurant that doesn't charge for an "extra" plate or impose a fee if you pay w/ a credit card. We are from MN, otherwise this restaurant would be on our "visit" frequently list.
