        The business insurance lapse and needed to be reinstated. Randy took my call, gathered information and tried to assist. This was on a Friday afternoon (4ish). He called me to provide status and I missed his call. He called me again on Saturday. I wasnt able to move business to him but if he is an established Agent, he did not need my business but still help out, I can only imagine how he will treat you when you are a customer of his. I couldnt transfer my business to him but cant wait until we can renew with him!! Amazing job.
