My Mom has been trying to get her living room bay window fixed for the last year, as there is part of the window where it has a leak and let's moisture inside between the glass. Supposedly this company ordered the parts months ago and then we were told parts got misplaced because package wasn't labeled correctly, now we wait again as we are told they have no one to do the warranty work. CUSTOMERS BEWARE: If you buy something, how does a business do the work if they have no one to install?? I was told by the girl who answers this business phones, that she would have a manager call me.... that was 2 weeks ago and no call back. I hope owner or a responsible manager calls me back to follow up with these issues, as my next phone calls goes to the attorney general's office and the Better Business Bureau. Very unprofessional!!

This was the most professional window & siding company that we encountered. They offer quality products with a great warranty, including workmanship all with a very fair price. They care about their customers and want to ensure that they are happy with their investment. We worked with Randy and his daughter Abbey, who were never pushy when making our decisions.
