Attempted to get ahold of UPS multiple times about a package that was suck at customs, they would not allow me to update the address as the package was, "never out for delivery." I was unable to update it through their website either. Have never been more frustrated or dissatisfied by a delivery company every. Now my package is being sent back to the sender! What a joke!

Google hours and posted hours do not match. Google says UPS is open until 5pm on Saturdays. Posted sign when i got to UPS says closed Saturdays and Sundays. I wouldnt have wasted time and gas to drive 40 minutes if the hours were updated on google....
