Had an amazing experience with the folks here! Love the new Ram. They went above and beyond for me. Zach was awesome through the whole process. Cannot recommend them enough.

Had the rear end worked on in 2019 on my 2012 ram 3500, 35,000 miles later it went out again. The dealership that is working on it now said that the shim kit used the first time was the wrong one and it has caused it to go out again. Also Decorah told me when they was working on it, that shim kit was hard to get and they charged me $495 for it and kept my truck for 3 weeks. The dealership that I'm at now said these parts around $35. It's going to be under warranty but this is such an inconvenience. I don't know if the same people are still there in the service department but I would be very cautious on any service work.

Tanner is such an awesome sales man! I got a new car in November and then I hit a deer and totaled it not even 60 days later. He made the process to file a claim super easy and helped me pick out an even better car for me! Couldn’t be happier!

I have been working with Jason regarding some cosmetic issues with my 2016 Rubicon. Even though we are still working through the details and haven’t completed the job yet Jason has kept me well informed and has been a pleasure to this point. I trust we will have everything resolved soon and at the end of the day I will be very happy with their service.
