1-800 WATER DAMAGE Of The Quad Cities

Rob, Bryce and the 1-800 Water Damage Team did a fantastic job of drywall removal and mold remediation from start to finish. When Bryce came out to do the estimate, he was great and really did an excellent job making sure that everything would be great once we got the project moving along. Our project manager (Rob) was also excellent and kept us informed of what each facet of the process included, as well as educating us on the terminology of everything on the estimate and work order. The price was AWESOME (beat Servpro by $500) and all in all, their team was highly professional and most importantly – did things the right way. These guys are top notch in my book, and although I hope I never have to engage in water removal services again – if I do, I know who to call! Thanks for everything and 1-800 Water Damage rocks!!!

Rob Hinckley came to my home to do an estimate. as he was coming out of my crawlspace he broke my wooden crawlspace enclosure. his reaction was to grab his clipboard and head for his car, telling me we would be unable to do business. he not only destroyed my property but he shut the door in my face as I was trying to sort a problem in my home through his company. he refused my business after creating a new problem for me and its one man's opinion that he handled the situation entirely wrong. he did not even apologize. his immediate reaction was to pack up and run for his car. I believe this displays poor business practice and would use caution approaching this company as he is the managing operator.

I can't say enough about these folks! Everyone was very helpful on a day that was a crisis for our household. They came out quickly and knew what to do. They know how to help with the home insurance claim process, and didn't price-gouge me. Hopefully you never need help with disaster recovery, but these people will take good care of you if you do.

1800 water damage came out the day that we called and gave us an estimate that made sense. They can out the next day and started the cleanup. They came at a time when our city was inundated with rain and damages. We felt they were honest and trustworthy. They came and went when they could, and did a spectacular job. The owner beat his estimate and we were very happy about that, too!
