        gave them all my tax documents to have my taxes filed and I decided not to have them file them since they obviously did not know what they were doing...I have for now been trying to get my documents back for two months now ...do not use there services ...

        For some reason I switched to these people from 8 yrs of h&r block and was a huge mistake, they are inexperienced and crooks. I was denied my RAL through them after receiving it from h&r block every year, and I'm worried my return will be delayed or screwed up. DONT USE LIBERTY TAX!
