Profile Plan

My experience at Profile has been exceptionally positive. I love the structure of the food plan, it has been so easy to stay on track. Weekly coaching sessions have been helpful with all aspects of losing weight.

I have been on the Profile Journey twice - both pre and post pregnancy. The Davenport team does an exceptional job of educating and empowering members to make healthy choices while also just being great partners in general. While going through significant health issues I was surprised to receive a get well card from the girls. I have the knowledge now to do this solo, but I continue to go back for the coaching. There is no one better to help you reach your weight/loss and health goals!

Week three of my profile journey and I have to journal. First, let me say, these three weeks have had uncertain, ups and downs, curious, unsure and a lot of unknowns. But! I can truly say, it's a journey I have embraced. I am excited about and looking forward to the next phase. I have learned the importance of food portions, the proper foods, consistency and self-discipline. My goal is not to just learn a healthy lifestyle, but to maintained; even when my time with profile is complete. Not!!! I will always be a profile girl. I have to give a big shout out and kudos to Ms Jen, the best coach a girl could ask for. She listen to me, offer suggestions, laughs with me when I complain, but still holds my feet to the fire. She celebrates my accomplishments and encourages me to stay focus. I'm excited for the next phase of my profile journey. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it. Eliza
