While I have not used Pete as a realtor, I have had a chance to talk with him at great length. I am impressed with his sincere desire to alway put the client first and go the extra mile to make sure they understand the process and always act in the best interest of the client. Great guy.

I have a novel to state about how amazing it has been to work with Pete on the purchase of a new home and sale of our old home. If you are contemplating selling your house FSBO or realtor (like I was), take it from me that Pete did a zillion more things than just negotiate price and arrange for signatures. If there was a weird scenario possible in the sale of a home, it happened to us. Could not be more relieved to have had Pete on our team walking us through the entire process. He is humble, motivated, a hard worker, he responds quickly to texts and calls, brainstormed solutions to obstacles, and earned his commission. I didn't realize all of the possible stressful scenarios that could arise selling a home. He made us feel like a priority and I do not at all regret selling with a realtor. Can't believe I was ever cocky enough to think I would have wanted to do it on my own. On a personal level, he is easy to talk to, he is a family man, he knows his craft, and it felt like a friend looking out for our best interests. Again, I could go on and on.
