We recently stayed at this hotel for a period of 4 nights. The hotel is very nice. Upon checking out I asked for a receipt and the man at the front desk advised he would send one. I waited 2 days and still no receipt. I got online and requested a receipt I received an email from customer care advising they sent request to hotel. I waited 2 days and still no receipt. I then called hotel and was advised by the “general manager” she was the only one who can send them so she would. Waited 2 days still no receipt. I reached out to customer care who advised me they were informed by the hotel that they cannot send receipts via email. It has been almost a month since I checked out and am still trying to get my receipt for my stay that I paid almost $400 for… You don’t go spending that kind of money without obtaining a receipt and the company SHOULD provide one.

They 1st put in a room that hasn't been touched or cleaned the second room I was in has all these hookups for HDMI devices but you can change the input on the tv's when I called the desk they said sorry I don't know how.... the building is dirty and I would not recommend this place at all

The bedding was dirty. The in-room coffee situation was extremely disappointing, not enough coffee for two cups, the creamer was curdled.. When we booked, there was no mention of a $50.00 room deposit... We would never recommend this hotel for out-of-town guests!!
