      image I think its disgusting how some of the payees there own rental properties and rent them out to the people they are the payee for..Isnt this considered a conflict of interest? Why would they want the people they are supposedly helping to become better and self-sufficient?? Then they would lose out on the steady income and checks they write to themselves for their renters! This place should be investigated.
