one star is being generous. I made the appointment 3 days in advance, corrected the girl 3 times on my address..when I got the confirmation email it was still wrong so I called again. had an appointment window between 10-12, no one showed so I called again. I was assured that they would get ahold of the drivers and have them call me. another hour later, no call no truck. Called, cancelled the appointment then called Junk Removal Quad Cities LLC. Owner took the job personally as her crews were working a large job. Showed same day I called in 45 minutes and had the job done in 45 minutes. Want things done? that's who you call.

The only reason Got Junk is even worthy of one star is because it forced me to find a great junk removal service after Got Junk stood me up. I understand that schedules need to change; however, pick up the phone and let me know, which was apparently too much to ask of these people. Instead, I had to track them down to discover that they weren't coming. They offered to come at a later time, but after wasting my time waiting for them to never call, I wasn't willing to give them a second chance. Got Junk is also twice the cost of the junk removal service I did end up using and loving (Landrum Disposal).

The guys were fast, friendly, and thoughtful, saving my dog toys from furniture that was being taken as junk. My dogs are very happy! Thanks guys!
