Ghost-town We are busy?! So busy no one can return phone calls?! Doors locked and lights off and your open! SMH Also telling the other doctors and making me look like THE LIAR! that you are openyou just close early on Friday BS!!!!! I physically drove up there tried to open the door and the the lock would not let me do so! 1pm and the place looked like ghost town BUT YOUR OPEN I WILL BE TELLING PEOPLE TO RUN WHEN THEY HEAR EAR TO EAR SMILES! More like Ear to Ear Frowns! Addition: I will say one blessed thing came out of the situation, the referral to Dr.Alt in Clinton, Iowa

The dentist himself has no people skills . Ive personally seen him disrespect his staff and myself as the patient, I didnt say anything for a while but if u have anxiety man dont go here !!! He was yelling at me a few times because while he was working in the back of my mouth I naturally gagged , It was the worst experience and if I could go back I would have gotten up and left !

Every time I make a appointment and I go when Im scheduled they can never find it I made an appointment two months in advance to fix a cracked tooth. I show up 20 minutes early and theyre closed. Ive called multiple times and they never wanna answer the phones I would say this is the worst service Ive ever had will be going somewhere else

This place attempted a root canel but couldnt get it done. Been in pain off and on so I call and spoke with someone and said they would call me in 15 minutes after they spoke with the doc here it is 2 weeks later no phone call called back and spoke with someone and she said I will leave and and your number someone will call after lunch 2 weeks later no call. Called again and smoke with a gentleman Ill give you a call back let me talk to doc 2 weeks later no call. At least call me back and say nothing we can do just gotta wait 2 and half months for my appointment in iowa city
