Absolutely horrible customer service called the east locust location Saturday to ensure a home loan officers would be available, took my children out in the rain only to find out no loan officers were in on weekends. I was promised a note would be placed on my account for someone to call me Monday. Monday afternoon I had not received a call so I reached out got a voicemail. Tuesday afternoon still no call back placed a second call again received a voice mail reached out through Facebook messager finally got a call from the call center Wednesday at 330pm informed them of my issues and explained if I didn't receive a call by 5 PM I would be moving my accounts. 415 I get a call from a loan officers who only handles car loans and wants to pass me off to yet another voice mail. Showed up at the branch explained the situation and asked for every dime to be pulled from my accounts, no manager was called over the girl simple had me sign for my 5k and sent me on my way. Clearly they do not value my business. edited to add the "owner " responded below wanting me to contact them when clearly i have been unsuccessful in the past they have my contact information and still could make the effort to reach me.

Very helpful tellers. I work down town and it's very nice to have a branch I can get to over lunch, or right after work. Clean, safe downtown location.

Good customer service and the convenience of the downtown location allows not only people who work downtown, but for residents who live South of Locust and the broad span East to West along the river, not to have to go completely out of their way to take care of their banking needs.
