Was recently in Davenport and my air conditioning went out. The recommendation to go here was spot on. I was told they are fair and will do their best to get the work done quickly. That sums it up. The owner (Chico Harris) checked the system, offered a very reasonable estimate, and got the work done that day by the time promised. Excellent! I would use them if I lived in the area. I rarely write reviews, but I had such a positive experience that I feel compelled to share. I own a 2007 Saturn, and after driving it here from Wisconsin, it started experiencing issues like a wobbly front right wheel and loss of power steering. Skeptical about finding a reliable repair shop, I called Rick & Kens. They got me in right away, diagnosed the problems, and gave me a very fair repair estimate. Not only did they fix the immediate issues, but they also took care of the small things and made sure I left knowing what I should follow up next with on the vehicle. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine concern for my satisfaction were truly impressive.
