Tried to set up a ride for 6:30am 2/22/23. Female said he could have a ride at 7am or 5:30am. One being late & of course other being over an hour early. She said all Bluffs cabs were unavailable for the 6:15-6:30am timeframe. Absolutely no one answered Bluffs Cabs business phone 2/21/23 between 5:45 & 6:15. They have voice mail but message says they don't return any calls, just call back again.
again, again & again. Over 8 calls...spoke to a gal who informed me that no cab was available...very frustrating. I absolutely do not recommend Bluffs Taxi.
